Li Yuan
Author: Li Yuan, a university teacher, was attached to the small public welfare study because she likes children's books, and became the volunteer story mother of the small public study. In the past ten years, she has used her spare time to tell stories to children and children in various libraries in Guangzhou, and have also given training and lectures for adults and children. In order to improve herself, while attending many trainings and lectures, she read more children's books and books about children, and gradually she began not to be satisfied with only telling stories written by others. Therefore, she made this small attempt, hoping to write children's books with "Chinese flavor" related to the life of children and her own. Illustrator: Li Zhuoying, picture book writer, master degree in animation, graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and St. Eustace Academy of Arts in the Netherlands. Picture book works include "How the Princess Digged Booger", "Walking Chicken", "Once upon a Time, There Was a Somersault Cloud", "Two Goblins Catch an Old Monk", "One Day in the Future" and so on. Among them, "How the Princess Digged Booger" won the finalist award of the 2nd "Xinyi Picture Book Award" picture book creation award, and was selected for the special exhibition "Chinese Children's Book World" at the 2016 Frankfurt Book Fair, and won the 2016 Shenzhen Reading Month "Annual Tenth" "Big Children's Book", shortlisted for the 5th Feng Zikai Picture Book Award, won"Parents Must Read" & Red Mud Children's Book List (TOP10) in 2016, The silver award for China Hua Run Cup "My Favorite Children's Book" in 2017, The 2nd Cool Hat International Picture Book Outstanding Work Award, etc.
